For this personality-type-enthusiast, The Perfect You by Dr. Caroline Leaf provides what few other resources do. It is a comprehensive, scientific approach to self-analysis based on the premise that we are created in God’s image. To some degree, we all possess the aspects of the seven modules described in this book. The goal is to determine through a short-answer assessment how those traits are lived out in our daily lives. Leaf also provides a 63-day gratitude journal challenge that includes suggested activities for each module. I have chosen this resource as the main text for my Personality Psychology and Career Development home education course. I highly recommend reading it.
